The first Precision Conversions freighter, the B757-200PCF, incorporates 15 full main deck cargo positions, a 9g rigid barrier, 7 track floor system and a cargo handling system.

Freighter variants include a High Payload option which increases the Maximum Zero Fuel Weight thereby increasing payload up to 80,000 lbs (36,287 kg). Additionally, Precision Conversions offers a 10 pallet Combi configuration with seating for up to 43 passengers.
