Gary J. Warner: Vice President Corporate Development. Mr. Warner is responsible for the identification, analysis, negotiation, coordination and ongoing management of the business relationships with vendors and customers. In addition, Mr. Warner is responsible for the identification of strategic business opportunities that leverage the company’s platform, project management and product support. An employee of British Aerospace (more recently BAE SYSTEMS) for over 13 years, his early career covered the research and manufacture of various missile systems at British Aerospace, Dynamics. After moving to British Aerospace, Aviation Services, he completed numerous engineering and sales activities on the Airbus A300B4-100/200 PTF before heading the team to develop the A300-600/R PTF. In addition Mr. Warner managed the preparation of agreements for the BAE SYSTEMS / BOEING UK MOD 767 Tanker Aircraft and study for the A320 PTF preliminary design. Mr. Warner graduated with a BSc in Physics from Leicester University, UK.
